We want to get out of here too. The trailers are so close together, that is why 3 homes burned down, instead of just the 1. I have flowers in my yard and am trying to make it as nice as I can, but there are so many loose dogs, and they poop everywhere in my yard. I have to walk around and check the yard for dog poop, syringes, and broken glass before my kids can go outside and play. It is pathetic. The people on both sides of me have loud parties and are fighting and drinking heavily, all the time. The lady across the street deals drugs. People will drive by her house slowly, stop, run in, and run back out and drive off. My kids and I were playing outside all day and she had 14 cars come and go. She is always wasted and/or high off her rocker, screaming at the top of her lungs at nobody. Her "friends" that come by regularly are stoned out of their minds and they all drink together and ultimately the cops are called, but they do nothing but break it up and tell them all to go home. I'm not sure if reporting it to the cops would do anything! There is a meth lab across the street from you! SCARY!!! That is dangerous. I too avoid my house at all costs. Its come to me driving around for hours wasting gas, shopping, visiting my family... just to keep me out of this area. I never step out after dark though. Its too scary. Theft is a HUGE problem too.

Yup. All the above is stated. I have some really scary neighbors. I'm afraid to let my kids play here. Last yera 4 people died cause of a shooting. Just across from me there is a meth lab. Its not safe. Just a few days ago 3 trailers burned in a fire. Kinda scary that the houses are so close together. There should be regulations on that stuff to keep us safe!! I hate it here, but rent in minot is so sky high we can't afford anything else. There is constant loud music, barking dogs, loose cats and dogs, drugs, and thugs. Its the worst place to live in minot. They do not enforce anything. I will probably be the only one with flowers in my yard. I think they deal drugs next door. I mind my own business tho, keep my head down. I have kids to think about. I want to get out of here so bad. I avoid my own house. I hate it here.

We pay so much for lot rent, yet nothing is fixed around the park. I hope to god one of the owners read this because they would find out that their trailer court is home to the cities drugs. I would LOVE to take my kids to the "playgrounds" they have in the court, but every thing is broken down and rusty. I really dont want to take my kids for shots after a day in the park. I never leave my doors unlocked, there are nightly visits by the cops, creepy people walking the streets, and dogs and cats everywhere. The agreement they make you sign upon moving in states that you can put up a fence, but you can not. They need to restate all the rules in their agreement and enforce others. This court is known as the "hood". I guess they dont care as long as they get their money. They raised rent to get rid of the losers, but they dont understand that these losers sell shit and can afford a raised rent. Basically if you stick to the rules, mind your own business, pay the ridiculous rent, lock your doors at all times and have a gun, you should be ok.
